i would be fine with trumpets

i've written a lot in this blog, particularly of late, about the desire for love and companionship. i've written about the need to have something good happen to me and soon. this is a song that kind of combines both wants.

this version is sung by one of broadway's greatest and a personal favorite of mine. enjoy.
